Trinity United is a congregation of the United Church of Canada which is Canada’s Largest and most progressive and diverse Christian denomination.

Trinity United is in itself a welcoming congregation of just over 200 families which hold a variety theological viewpoints. Trinity United remains however, truly united by it’s faith in God and the faith and values of our larger church.

Trinity United is situated in the downtown area of Botwood, near an historic air base which was highly active in the Second World War. Botwood, once a bustling community of businesses and paper boats has now been silenced and has taken a huge blow by the current economic downfall. That said, Botwood remains a quiet, peaceful, serene community of approx: 3000 people and is close to a larger community for other varied services.

In spite of the current economic situation, Botwood is a community of rich history and proud tradition. Above all Botwood is a community of tremendous faith. The people of Trinity United too are aware of their history and celebrate their contributions as a faith community to that rich tradition.
